5. Payment and Business Transactions
To initiate a project, the User must submit a request via our online form, providing the necessary information and documents for translation, transcription, or interpretation. We will then send a quote based on the provided information.
Work will only commence once the User approves the quote and makes the required payment. If payment is delayed or incomplete, the completion and delivery of services may be delayed.
6. Liability Limitations
Munyal Translation Consultants is not liable for any damage, loss, or liability resulting from the use of the website or our services. We will not be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on any content, documents, or materials.
We take all necessary precautions to protect documents submitted to us; however, we are not liable for document loss due to events such as natural disasters, power outages, or technical failures.
It is the client’s responsibility to keep backup copies of all files submitted for translation or other services.
7. Delivery and Timelines
We will endeavor to deliver all completed projects by the agreed-upon deadline. If you do not receive your completed project within the designated time frame, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the situation.
8. Refund and Replacement
Our refund and replacement policy is designed to ensure client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the completed work, you may request a revision within seven (7) days after receiving the project. Please contact us in writing with detailed concerns about the work, and we will revise it free of charge based on your original instructions.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All documents provided to Munyal Translation Consultants for translation, transcription, or other services remain the intellectual property of the client. We do not claim ownership of any content submitted to us.
You must ensure that you have the necessary rights or permissions for any materials provided to us, particularly if those materials are owned by third parties. You also agree not to use our services for translating materials that are unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringe upon the rights of others.
10. Confidentiality
